Thank you for your interest in our school as a choice for your child. Please use our enquiry form, which needs completing and returning. The form can be completed digitally by downloading and editing in Adobe Acrobat or by printing. Alternatively, you may wish to use the enquiry form from 123 Form Builder below, and we will share the enquiry form via email.
Once we receive the completed form, we will be in touch to arrange for for a visit the school and have the necessary assessments and interview. Admission is subject to assessment. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

There is an entry assessment, which enables us to understand the current attainment of the child. Parents must submit a satisfactory report from the child’s previous school, where applicable, and must declare all known special educational or medical needs.
