SIMBA PRIMARY

Once you have requested or filled out an expression of interest form, you will be contacted by one of the senior teachers to bring your child for a tour of the school, informal interview and entrance test. Should your child be successful, they will be offered a place in the appropriate grade.

If your child is joining at the beginning of Prep 2, please be sure to attend the open day in May/June where the Prep class teachers will explain the procedure for admissions.

SIMBA SECONDARY

Admission and placement at Simba Secondary is based on a student profile developed from the following:

• Entrance examinations including tests in English grammar language usage, mathematical skills and science

• Previous primary and secondary school grades

• A review of the student's previous school files

• A personal interview

SIMBA SIXTH FORM

Admissions to the school and placement in the appropriate section within the sixth form are based upon the satisfactory demonstration of:

• A good IGCSE certificate, Grade 12, ECZ Certificate (or the equivalent)

• Competence in both spoken and written English

Students will be asked to attend an in-depth interview with the Head of School and parents are asked to be in attendance wherever possible.

All assessments and interviews , in all sections, can be arranged online if your family is not able to attend in person.
