A BRIEF HISTORY |

Simba International School began operations on 18th January 1982 with an enrolment of 85 pupils, 7 teachers and 1 secretary. It has grown considerably since the with the Secondary School opening on 17th January 1987.Since then, it has grown into a Sixth Form College and at present the age range of the students is 3.5 years (Prep 2) to 18+ (GCE A Levels).
The school follows a September-August academic year which is divided into three terms with monthly holidays in December and August.
Simba is dedicated to the holistic education of its students and its standards of academic excellence are reflected in the results our students achieve at the IGCSE and GCE 'A' Levels.Our commitment to education is reflected in the school's status as a Cambridge Fellowship Centre.
Simba also gives its students the opportunity to participate in a diverse range of after-school activities which allows students to learn new skills or hone existing ones. Students are also given the chance to "live and learn" outside the classroom with annual class trips within the country.
